Giveaway Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win in the MojoMotoSport.com 2021 GasGas EX350F Bike Giveaway Promotion. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Promotion begins Friday August 6th, 2021 & ends Friday October 29th, 2021.

How to Enter:
Complete the 2021 GasGas EX350F Bike Giveaway Entry Form & click "Sign Me Up". Then check your email to confirm your entry. All entries must be submitted prior to January 8th, 2021 at 11:59pm PST.

You can submit one entry per week before the promotion ends [10/29/21 @ 11:59PM PST]. Only the first entry for a single individual during a week will qualify. Additional entries from the same email address or user in the same week will be disqualified.

Participants in the Giveaway will receive emails from MojoMotoSport.com and affiliated companies regarding new products and sales. Click the "unsubscribe" link on the bottom of any marketing email to be removed from the marketing email list. All information collected through entry into the Giveaway will be used in accordance with MojoMotoSport.com's Privacy Policy.

Selection of Winners:
Weekly winners will be selected by random draw. Weekly winners will be announced each Friday through week 12. The Grand Prize Drawing will be held within 1-week of promotion end [10/29/21]. Odds of winning will depend upon number of valid entries received during the Giveaway. The Weekly Drawing and the Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted by representatives of MojoMotoSport.com whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Giveaway.
Limit: one prize per person, family or household. MojoMotoSport.com reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. MojoMotoSport.com is responsible only for [weekly] prize delivery. MojoMotoSport.com is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners. Grand prize winner of the MojoMotoSport.com 2021 GasGas EX350F is responsible for pickup or delivery charges of the motorcycle.

Eligibility:
MojoMotosport.com 2021 GasGas EX350F Giveaway Promotion is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States & the District of Columbia, age 18 or older, except employees & employee immediate family members, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies.

Verification of Winners and Delivery of Prizes: 
Winners may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release. Prizes may be awarded to alternate winners if declarations/releases are not completed at the time that prizes are awarded. Winners agree to use of name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.
